I have the employee on our payroll but she hasn't received email and password for employee portal/ wirkzone app. So she cantaccess payslips. 

All I want to do is send her   her link manually so when she downloads the app she can sign in.

It seems that you're using a third-party application to let your employees view their paystubs online. With that, I suggest reaching out to their phone support team so they can assist you in inviting the employee.

Additionally, QuickBooks also has a feature called QuickBooks Workforce wherein you can invite your employees to view and download their payslips and enter their personal information. Here's how to send an invitation:

1. From the Payroll tab, select Employees.
2. Select the employee you want to invite.
3. Click Actions.
4. Select Invite to Workforce.
5. Enter their email address.
6. Tick the Invite to view their payslips online with QuickBooks Workforce box.
7. Click Send and invite.

From there, your employees will receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. Once they accept the invitation, the system will let them enter their own Intuit account.

Once completed, your employees are now ready to access their payslips. You can share this link with them: QuickBooks Workforce.

Don't be hesitant to post whenever you have concerns about managing your employee's payslips.

I am trying to invite employee to workforce but dont see the (actions) tab ?
