- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary admin.
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Subscriptions and Billing.
- Next to your payment method, click Edit.
- Update your credit card information.
- Review the address associated with your credit card. It should match the address on your credit card statements.
- Once done, click Confirm Card or Save.
