Audit trail report does not show what other user completed yesterday.

Created a second user for my backup, with limited viewing, and she entered invoices and credit card sales yesterday.  I went to run audit report to verify what she did, and it is only showing the admin transactions.

The Audit Trail has Two Date Range Settings you have to control.

One is "dates on the transactions" and the other is "Date Entered/Modified."

Example: if the person was there on Last Friday, set Date = All, and set Last Entered/Modified to Only Friday.

Hello Laura H,

Let's work together to get these transactions to show in the Audit Trail report.

The Audit Trail report should show all the transactions done by other users. It'll only exclude transactions in the report if you have customized this or if you've memorized it.

You can open the report and check the current filter choices. You can see this by clicking Customize Report at the top of the report and going to the Filters tab. 

Let me know if this helps you show the transactions completed by the other user.

If I run the whole month, then she shows up, but if I just run for the one day, she doesn't.  It is very weird.  Thank you!

Hello @Laura H,

Please try to check the dates of the transactions. It could be that there's no transaction done by that specific user on that date.
