You may have accidentally subscribed from iTunes instead of accessing your QuickBooks subscription. That's why you're charged on both subscriptions. I recommend contacting our support team so they can verify the charges. They also have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. 


Here's how to reach them: 

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click Help
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Type your question.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select the best option that you want to contact support.
