I want to make sure you'll be able to back up your data using our Intuit Data Protect (IDP) service. Since your QuickBooks Desktop comes with IDP, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team.
They need to activate first the service on your account, so you'll be able to sync it to the QuickBooks software.
