My reconciliation report will not print even after following all your instructions. What should I do?

I hope your day is going well. 


Currently, this is a known issue. Our product engineers are investigating the issue of its unexpected behavior. (INV-41724). I recommend contacting our technical support team to be added the list of affected users. This way, you can receive email updates when a resolution has been posted. Below I've provided the steps on contacting support. 


  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
