We have an ongoing issue about exporting taxes into TurboTax, joedesj.


While our engineers are working to fix this issue, I have a workaround for you. We'll have to manually add the information into Turbotax.


I'd also recommend reaching out to our Phone Suppor team so you'll be notified when an update has rolled out. I'll show you how:


  1. Click the Assistant button.
  2. Enter Talk to a human twice.
  3. Click I still need a human.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
