Your discounted period may be expired and you have to pay the regular price now. If you wish to keep  the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize a 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Otherwise, consider switching to QB Desktop Premier edition for up to 5 users with a one time license and deploy a private cloud. You may purchase a lower license price thru a partner/reseller than direct purchase to the company.

A year ago they decided to add extra features to the pro online version (not needed by my company).  We do however integrate another program to pull transactions from our online sales, so the pro is needed for that.  This is not a great solution for my retail business, because we do not need invoicing, milage, billing and all the extras in this "one size"does not fit all software.  I am going to call and get our rate frozen at $40 or we are going to find another software program that will integrate with us.  We have been a customer for over 6 years and you would think they would take care of their customers during the COVID pandemic when there is a war on small business.
