You might have opened or created a different company when trying to downgrade your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. To single this out, let's open the correct company using the Switch Company option. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon ⚙️, then click Switch Company under Profile.
- From the list, choose the company you want to switch to.
Once done, you can now follow the steps given by my peer @RCV above on how to downgrade your subscription.
