Well I went through the helpdesk of Quickbooks - again. So my issue was send in - again. Of course the rep first wants to sell me the newest version of 2020 because "hey, only then he can help me - he can't help me with this version and if I buy that version he can do screen sharing" which we all know is not true. I'be done screen sharing with all versions.
Quickbooks always is sell first, pay something and then maybe we will help you - unless wait - you have not signed up for that subscription service. Done that in 2013, 2015. Just help first and I may buy Quickbooks again in the future.
