You can definitely have multiple company subscriptions with the same login. To add a new company/subscription to your existing QuickBooks Online login:

  1. Select the product you would like here: QuickBooks Online Products
  2. Choose the features that fit your needs, then Checkout.
  3. At the bottom of the Create an Intuit Account screen, look for Adding a company to an existing account? Sign in.
  4. Sign in with your existing login and password.

Once you set up your new company, You will be able to select the company you want to work in when you sign in. Once signed in, you can move between accounts from Settings. Here’s how:

  1. Settings
  2. Profile
  3. Switch company
