You can go directly to the Reports menu in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to create a Balance Sheet for 2019. Please refer to these steps on how:

1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu at the left pane to get to the Standard reports page.
2. Select the Balance Sheet in the Business overview section. 
3. Change the Report period to Last Year, then hit Run report.
