Performing the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague JamesDuanT is the initial step to fix the issue. 

 

If you're getting the same result, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can check your account and investigate the cause of this behavior.

 

Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, click Assistant located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Type Talk to a human twice to see the Message an agent or Get a callback option.
