Once you've finalized everything, you can start converting your file. Here's the flow that you can follow:
- Log into QuickBooks Online and prepare file for export.
- Download QuickBooks Desktop and the migration tool.
- Select your data in QuickBooks Online for export.
- Run the QuickBooks Desktop migration tool.
- Verify your info exported correctly.
- Cancel QuickBooks Online if you no longer want to use program.
