I don't think you can't.
Quickbooks will continue prompt you to login to Intuit account, and if you don't, it'll start a countdown, I think 30 or 60 days, where you need to login to Intuit account or else you can't access the company file.
We tried not logging in to Intuit account for quite a while few months ago, and we completely locked out (or at least can't open our company file on our accounting pc where we usually don't connect to internet) until we tried login with Intuit account.
I wish I was joking or lying.
