Furthermore, follow these steps to manage user access:

1. Go to Settings ⚙.

2. Click on Manage users.

3. Locate the user you want to edit. Then click on Edit in the Action column.

• You can edit the User type ▼.
• Choose the user settings you want to manage (if needed).

4. Hit Save.

5. Let the user to log out and log in again into QBO to see the updates.
