When I export the A/R Aging Summary report to an Excel spreadsheet, all of the amounts show up in the report as 0.00. Why is it doing this?

I can see actual amounts in the report that displays on the Quickbooks Online screen.  The report names match and the "As of" dates match... kind of seems like a glitch.

Welcome to the Community space, susan.

I want to ensure that the amount of your A/R is showing in your Excel spreadsheet in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.

There are times when the browser you're using has data issues, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.

Furthermore, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in memorizing your reports in QBO: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please return to this post if you have other concerns about exporting your reports in QBO. I'll be here to lend a hand. Have a good one!
