How can i Downgrade my subscription form QuickBooks Advanced

I did everything according to the instructions, but I still can’t change my plan

Do you need to downgrade to which plan? Did you encounter any error message?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Make sure to login as the Primary Admin.

 I want to downgrade subscription from QB advance to essential.

I click on downgrade and i so that i'll need to call ( Give us a call and we'll walk you through the process), but i don't want to call, i want do it online.

Since you're using QuickBooks Online Advanced, you'll be prompted to make a call for further guidance when downgrading your subscription. This plan includes many features that aren't available on the others.

 

With this, take note of the following to downgrade successfully:

 

  1. Head to Billing & Subscriptions within the product.
  2. This should be the URL: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/accountsettings?p=company_billing.
  3. Change everything after the app to change plan. Note that this should be the URL: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/changeplan.
  4. Select a new plan.
