I'm in QBO non-profits edition and need to create a report that lists all my 1099 contractors and their payments per year

im trying to create a report that lists all 1099 contractors and the payments made to them in a year before I create the 1099's.  How do i do that in QBO? thanks

I'll help you run a report that will show the contractor list for those who are eligible with 1099 and their payments in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Payroll then Contractors.
  2. Select Prepare 1099 select Confirm info and get started until you get to the window called Review Receiptants and Payments totals.
  3. Select the dropdown  to choose Run reports of all vendor payments.
  4. From the dropdown for period, choose Last year.

 

You can also run a Transaction Detail report.
