When you upload the banking csv file does it give you any errors or anything about the description field?

No it does not the numerical values disappear just the alpha remains so eg

Only the TE gets uploaded?

Hello Nikesh, Can we ask which browser you are using? We have been unable to replicate this in testing so it is possible it is a visual error. Can you try on a private window/incognito window on the browser?

Edge browser and we tried private as well still not uploading the numbers in the description field
