Hello Relhcstirt, Are you looking for ways in which customers can make payments to invoices you send them, or are you referring to expenses that you would like to pay directly through QBO?
I have yet to find any billing management app to integrate with QBO UK version. Your best option is paying your bills from your bank and run the bank feeds or use another 3rd party app (e.g time tracker, project management).
