Hi there, @richard96. This error relates to a payroll sync issue. In this case, it’s best to contact our live support team to resolve it. Simply go to the Help section, select the Search tab, and then choose Contact Us to type in your concern. Once you hit Continue, you can click the Chat or Callback option to get started.

It's not that important - I'll just exclude those transactions. The bank balance is correct, just those 2 transactions won't match.
