Re: Why does the bank feed keep missing transaction lines

Thank you Rasa!  I am currently 'on the road' & will be in touch next week.  I am concerned about your recommendation to   "get in touch with our QBO Support Team"  because the last time I tried to discuss a banking issue I was told I would need to purchase some sort of  'service contract".  This was after I was 'guaranteed' full support in upgrading from my QB Pro Mac Version to Windows QB Pro 2018 Desktop.  I never had this problem with the MAC versions I've used since the 90's!  All of my problems with the windows version seem to be with bank feeds.  I actually upgraded expressly because the MAC version was not going to be supported for much longer.  Very frustrating.  Susan
