Yorkshire Bank - Unable to Connect


I have seen a number of other threads, all which seem to end without a final response. I have a business bank account with Yorkshire Bank.

The two possible logins you have on your website are http://www.ybonline.co.uk/ and/or http://www.cybusinessonline.co.uk/

Neither of the above work.  The latter seems better as it asks for User ID (which is what the actual login asks for), however both return error 103.
