Since you couldn't find your bank using the URL, this means that QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) doesn't support your bank. As an alternative, you can consider exporting and importing your bank transactions using a CSV file. Let me guide you how.

 

First off, you'll need to export data from your bank. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Select the account with the data you want to export.
  3. Look for a button, link, or other info that describes downloading or exporting your data.
  4. Set the date range you want, and be sure to specify CSV as the file format.
  5. Follow the instructions to finish exporting your data.

Once done, you can now import your bank transactions into QBSE.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Imports.
  4. Choose the account you want to import.
  5. Follow the onscreen instruction to finish importing.

You can also submit a request to add your bank in the future. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Paste the bank URL in the search box.
  4. Click Request support for your bank.
  5. Enter the Bank name and URL. (Make sure they're correct)
  6. Click Request.

Please know that QuickBooks will add support for new banks based on the number of customer request and approvals from the bank.
