Previously I validated all 3 accounts with the same code. Anyone know why the credit card may have stopped working and how to fix the problem?
Can I check which bank provider you are with?
Usually when you connect accounts in QuickBooks the credit card is connected separately as banks have different login URL's for the credit card accounts.
This used to work previously.
I login to internet banking only once and can see all 3 accounts and all 3 accounts’ transactions used to upload to QBO ok.
Thanks for confirming. I have verified the error code your are receiving when attempting to update the credit card account and this is a 185 error which is associated with multi-factor authentication account types.
Please try updating the account by signing into an incognito window on your internet browser and going to Banking > Select the pencil icon on the credit card account > verify that the correct pinsentry code is entered.
