Got online support. Had to:
- In QB: disconnect the offending account (In Chart of Accounts)
- Login to Barclays and copy URL
- In QB: Go to Banking > Add Account and paste the url in the field
- Follow the process and when asked, select the correct account from Barclays & reconnect to the corresponding QB Chart of Accounts entry
