Connecting M & S credit card

i've been trying to reconnect my M & s card for many weeks and keep getting error message that they cannot connect

I have removed and re added

i have clear all my cookies removed and re added

I feel i have tried everything but still cant get it connected

Please help

Banking

Hello Sallyflp, The M & S card connection at the moment is not a live connection, more information can be found here. It will be a case of manually uploading banking transactions via an excel CSV file. We've created a helpful guide as a how-to, for uploading CSV files into QuickBooks. We'll be updating the link when we're able to set up a live connection with the bank again.
