This is unusual! Is the new device using a different operating system to the others, e.g. Mac or Windows? 

 

Do you receive a specific error message when updating the account or does this get stuck on a loading screen?

Hi, thank you for replying. I have manage to sort it out. I updated microsoft edge and it is now working.
