Hello there, Marshmobile. We'll point you in the right direction to resolve your concern and handle the unauthorized transaction inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We recommend contacting your bank provider so they can check and provide more information about the transaction from Google. They can also help you manage the unauthorized bank transactions in your account. You'll also want to review recordings inside your company file to keep track of the activities. See this page for more details: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, we recommend checking these handy articles to keep you safe from suspicious activities: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

We encourage you to visit the Community space if you need further assistance handling bank transactions or have questions about QuickBooks. Rest assured, we'll be around to help you out. Keep safe.
