Why are payments, Bank Deposits I create from the payments and bank deposits directly from the Bank Feed showing up in my QuickBooks Bank Balance?
I enter customer payments - use Payments to deposit (Undeposited Funds) then I Create a deposit and select the correct items for the deposit - save and close. My Dashboard fees shows total "IN QUICKBOOKS" which includes each payment + each deposit + auto bank feed deposit? What am I doing wrong?

The program keeps track of all the transactions added to the company file. Thus, the total amount in the bank account listed in your Dashboard includes those bank deposits and transactions you have not yet reviewed and categorized.
