If your customer directly deposited the payment to your account, I’d suggest reaching out to them to verify when the payment was deposited. However, if you’re using our Merchant Service you can log in and check the status of the payment there. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Accounts and Settings.
- From the left hand column, select Payment.
- Select Manage details in the merchant details section.
