How do I reconnect banking account if QB keeps giving me error 103?

I have been working on my EOY reporting for my store and all of a sudden, my online updating stated I need to update my log in information.  So, I went in to the edit function for the account and reentered the username and password for the bank account. It wont connect.  
I never changed the information to begin with, and I can log directly into the bank with the same credentials I type in to QBO.
I'm at a loss.  I really need to get this reconnected so I can finish my work.
Any other suggestions out there?
