We can wipe out your data if your account is still under the 90-day subscription. Please see this article for the steps: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online

 

If it's not, you can sign up for a new account. Then, export and import your lists (chart of accounts, customers/vendors and product and services).

 

Let's export the lists from the old account:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Export Data
  3. In the Reports tab, select General ledger and click on Export to Excel.
  4. Save the data on your computer.

To sign up for a new account: 

  1. Go to this page: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/
  2. Choose a plan.
  3. Scroll at the bottom and click on Sign in to add a company to an existing account. 
  4. Enter your QuickBooks Online user ID and password. 
  5. Set up your new account.

Then, let's import the lists:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Import Data.
  3. Select Bank Data, Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts, or Products and Services.
  4. Browse the saved lists in Excel from the old account.
  5. Click on Next and continue to import.
