When importing a Memo line from the bank to QuickBooks Desktop and it doesn't show it in the Bank Feeds. You can manually copy it over to the memo field.
Please know that the memo line we received is from the bank and not all banks provide the Bank Memo details.
In the meantime, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. Through this, they can check your account details which concerns the PII and other sensitive information that we suggest to not post it publicly.
1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
3. On the search bar, enter your description of your concern.
4. Click Contact us.
5. From What can we help you with? page, enter your concern then click the Search button.
6. Hit Start a Message button.
