"Still does not work" meant I had NOT ENABLED the previous accounts and it still would not allow me to to use Express Connect. Capital One directed me to the instructions provided by Quickbooks which indicated I would go to BANKING SETUP menu where I would find BANK FEEDS. I don't have BANK FEEDS as a menu option. If I go to Banking Online Setup the instructions indicate I should login to my Cap One online account and DOWNLOAD a months transaction then go to Quickbooks and Download that file. When I do that Quickbooks crashes and opens CrashReporter.
