How can i re-do accidentally deleted invoices that were paid by a customer and have reconciled for receipts?

Somehow they were not matched with receipts on the bank transactions. So I reversed them and they became outstanding AR. deleted them by accident not realizing there were no duplicates.

We can use the Audit Log in recovering the details needed to reinstate the deleted transaction and manually re-create them. 


To access the Audit Log:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
  3. Choose the Filter drop-down menu.
  4. Tick Show only these events and put a checkmark in the Transactions box.
  5. From the Show field, select Deleted/Voided Transactions, then click Apply.
  6. Locate the invoice and click the View link under the History column.
  7. From there, you can re-enter the transaction using the information with its original transaction date.
