Our engineers are already investigating and searching for the root cause to provide a permanent fix. I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support Team, so that they can add your account to the list of affected users just provide the investigation number INV-41724. It will also allow you to receive updates via email once the issue has been resolved.


Here's how to contact support:


  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter "Payroll" in the description box.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat.
