I just received my file that was converted to QB Plus online and I am missing crucial information.

To enter your contact information and connect with our Team by following the steps below:


  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Get a call.
  5. Enter your contact information then click Confirm my call.

Our Support hours during weekdays starts at 6 AM to 6 PM PT. While on Saturdays, we operate from 6 AM until 3 PM PT.
