The option to delete a contact on your customer's list isn't available. However, we can deactivate them so we can hide them on the list.

Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Sales tab, select Customers.
2. Select your customer's name.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Click the Make inactive button.
5. Select Yes.
