You can perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the issue. Please start with running the manual update to download the latest available transactions for all your connected bank and credit card accounts.


Here's how:


  1. On the left navigation bar, click the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update

If there's an error code or message after the update, please follow the instructions in this link (scroll down to Step 4): What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, can I ask for the name of the banks you're having an issue in bank feeds? Also, I would appreciate any additional details about the issue going on with the other accounts not being able to find that bank account. I want to make sure I've got you covered.
