I have a yearly recurring transaction for our HOA. We have added new homes and need to add the them to the recurring transaction.

How do I do that?

You can create a yearly-type recurring transaction. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Recurring Transactions.
  3. Click New.
  4. Select the type of recurring transaction (i.e. invoice, bill), then OK.
  5. For the Type drop-down menu, select Reminder.
  6. Under the Interval drop-down menu, choose Yearly.
  7. Fill out the needed details.
  8. Click Save template.
