How to bulk delete a specific tag? I entered wrong transactions and need to start over. Goal is to remove the tags so the transactions go back into "All Untagged"?

I am hoping that once back in untagged, then I can just check the boxes to re-tag. I have already removed the tag group and created a new one but the existing tags themselves need ti be removed from original transactions that I ungrouped. If not possible, can you tell me how to manually delete tags? THANK YOU!!!!

I can share share some steps for you to un-tag transactions in bulk. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top and then Tags.
  2. Click Start tagging transactions.
  3. Tap the Filter funnel and choose All Transactions for the Type. Pick the dates then press Apply.
  4. Mark the transactions you want to update, then click the drop-down beside Update tags.
  5. Click on Remove tags to remove the tags automatically.
