Both the WebConnect and DirectConnect bank listings in the QuickBooks online demo are highly inaccurate. I've had continuing issues with several banks (the most recent of which is Legacy Bank Texas) whereby Quickbooks claims that WebConnect is functional and the bank indicates that it is not. Legacy Bank Texas recently revised their (commercial) banking web presence and, as a result, you can no longer access your banking information via QuickBooks. However, QuickBooks still lists the Legacy Bank Texas (commercial) path as being functional. This is a major detraction with QBO that has been consistently ignored from the Intuit support team.
