Employees and Payroll

You’re paying for a product that initially worked, only to have it replaced with one that doesn’t, all while still being charged monthly for payroll. The only workaround is to download HMRC Basic Payroll and do double the work just to submit payroll. The real solution seems to be moving away from QuickBooks. Surely HMRC wouldn’t be happy with companies failing to report information just because QuickBooks isn’t functioning properly.
