Employees and Payroll

Thanks for your post. To help with this, can I check if you are using the Standard or the Advanced version of payroll in QuickBooks Online? 

An easy way to check this if you're unsure is to select the Employees tab on the left-hand menu, this will appear with two separate tabs from 'Employees' and 'Payroll' if you are using the Standard version. 

Have you recorded this employee as a leaver and then ran their final pay period in QuickBooks?
