Thanks for joining the Community space, @mvlandholdings. It's my pleasure to help you record your tax payments in QuickBooks.
Once done filling, you can manually record the tax payments in the Sales Tax Center. It will zero out the sales tax payable in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Go to Taxes, then select Sales tax.
- Find the return you just filed, then View the Tax Return.
- Select a filing method, then select Record payment.
- Add the tax amount, payment date, and Bank account.
- Click Record payment.
- Select Back to the sales tax center.

Also, I'd suggest consulting your accountant for the process since you use an LLC company. They can advise ensuring the recording of the payments is accurate.
