Re: How do you edit an existing single time entry to increase the amount of time?

Hello @roger10,

You can pull up and customize the Time Activities report to view your time entries and edit them. I can guide you through the steps.

When you entered the single time activity, was it for a customer or an employee?

If it was for a customer, you can pull up the Time Activities by Client Detail report. This way, you can select the time activity you entered and edit it from there.

Here's how you can pull up the report:

  1. Click on Reports from the left panel.
  2. Look for Time Activities by Client Detail on the search bar.
  3. Adjust the Report period to when you entered the single time activity.
  4. Click on the Activity Date of the time entry.
  5. From the Time Activity page, edit the Time.
  6. Click on Save and Close.

But if the time activity was for an employee, you can pull up the Time Activities by Employee Detail report.

You can follow the steps below to pull up the report:

  1. Click on Reports from the left panel.
  2. Look for Time Activities by Employee Detail on the search bar.
  3. Adjust the Report period to when you entered the single time activity.
  4. Click on the Activity Date of the time entry.
  5. From the Time Activity page, edit the Time.
  6. Click on Save and Close.

That's it! You're now able to edit the time activity.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns. I'll be around to assist you.
