Columns printing incorrectly on paycheck
Hi! The stub portion of some of my employee paychecks is not printing correctly. There are 2 columns on the stub. The left side of the column is full with employee earning, taxes, etc. The last line shows the current sick time. It then jumps to the right column and only prints "YTD" with the amount. It looks very unprofessional. The sick time heading, current and YTD should all be grouped together in the same column. I spoke with someone at QuickBooks today and he said it's my printer settings. That makes no sense and he couldn't find where to fix it. If I print paystubs, it prints all together in the right column. Anyone know how to fix? Changing the font size does not change the stub portion. Thanks!
