We asked two weeks ago for a software fault in core payroll to be amended. Why are QB so useless at rectifying problems?

They won't fix what they don't see as broken.

All I want to do is roll back three months of payroll and delete the last entry.

Two weeks later, no updates or solution.

Did you experience any issues or errors when generating paychecks? To clarify, do you want to create a backdated paycheck from the last three months or add pay history? Do you want to delete all payroll data and start over? Please know any additional data would help us get on the same page.

I am trying to delete a payroll with a leaver on it. 

It says contact support, which I have done repeatedly over two weeks. 

Nobody at WB seems to have a clue!

So another WB employee who doesn’t know how the system works.

 

After two weeks it’s probably time to move on and look for a payroll package that works correctly.
